Cancellation Policy
At Southern Roots Salon,we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients, we ask that you please respect our cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another client.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a 20% charge of the scheduled service fee will apply.
